- This listing is for a 100% Custom made Tumbler. I will create this tumbler based on your needs and wishes, and we will work together to make a cup you will love.

- The Fine Print:
- Please check the spelling of names and accuracy of dates for custom printing. If items are left blank on Question requests, I will assume you are giving me a creative license
- Once you checkout, I will be responding within 24 hours, and hopefully sooner with questions to help guide me towards a Tumbler, you will love. Once the questions are answered, it will take 3 to 5 days to get your initial updates. From there I will tweak the tumbler until complete. Each revision takes 48 hours depending on the complexity.
- Once complete, the tumbler MUST cure for 5-7 days depending on the number of coats. This means the average processing time for custom orders can take up to two weeks or longer. If you need an order rushed, please contact me before placing your order to confirm we are able to meet your request. If there is a specific date you need your order delivered by, please message us or include the date within your order notes separate from your custom text. We will always try to have all custom orders completed as quickly as possible, but "ship by dates" may be updated to meet the needs of all orders as we are made aware of them.
- Tumbler Care
- Epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass. While properly cared for epoxy provides a smooth and durable sealant, they are not crack-proof and shouldn’t be treated as such. They should not be soaked or put in a dishwasher or left in a hot car. If handled and treated with care, your tumbler will last a very long time. I include a care card with every order.
- Due to the custom nature of these items, we cannot accept returns on these items, however, I will work with you every step of the way. If you give me a creative license without instruction, you are giving me permission to give you a cup I 'think' you want. The more details, the more your cup will match expectations.
