- Please check the spelling of names and accuracy of dates for custom printing. If items are left blank on Question requests, I will assume you are giving me a creative license
- This includes 1st class shipping. If you need an order rushed, please contact me before placing your order to confirm we are able to meet your request. If there is a specific date you need your order delivered by, please message us or include the date within your order notes separate from your custom text. We will always try to have all custom orders completed as quickly as possible, but "ship by dates" may be updated to meet the needs of all orders as we are made aware of them.
- Tumbler Care
- Epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass. While properly cared for epoxy provides a smooth and durable sealant, they are not crack-proof and shouldn’t be treated as such. They should not be soaked or put in a dishwasher or left in a hot car. If handled and treated with care, your tumbler will last a very long time. I include a care card with every order.
- Due to the custom nature of these items, we cannot accept returns on these items.
